Feature Update: Improved loading for engagements and case notes
As Engage contains more and more data, our users started to some slowdowns when loading client profiles with many engagements and casenotes, we’ve optimized the loading of these elements and reduced rendering time on your screens by showing only the first ten casenotes and engagements on the profile screen. Simply click “Load More” to browse older records.
